Yes, all our standard storage units at Masaha have a consistent height of 2.4 meters (8 feet), regardless of their floor dimensions. This height allows for:

• Stacking boxes and containers
• Storing tall furniture like wardrobes and bookshelves
• Maximum utilization of vertical space
• Standard-sized doorways for easy access

The uniform height makes it easy to calculate volume and compare different unit sizes based on their floor dimensions. If you have exceptionally tall items that may exceed this height, please contact us to discuss specialized storage solutions.

Our long-term rental discounts apply to all storage unit sizes and work as follows:

• 3-month contracts receive a 5% discount on the monthly rate
• 6-month contracts receive a 10% discount on the monthly rate
• 12-month contracts receive a 15% discount on the monthly rate
• Contracts longer than 12 months qualify for special custom discounts

The discount is applied to the base monthly rate of your selected unit size. For example, if you choose a MidSpace unit (889 SAR/month) with a 12-month contract, you would pay 755.65 SAR/month after the 15% discount.
