What are the available storage unit sizes?
We offer three main storage unit sizes:
- MiniSpace (2.4m x 2.4m x 2.4m): Perfect for personal items, seasonal clothing, and small furniture pieces. Approximately 13.8 cubic meters of storage space.
- MidSpace (3.7m x 2.4m x 2.4m): Ideal for furniture from a 1-bedroom apartment, major appliances, or business inventory. Approximately 21.3 cubic meters of storage space.
- MaxSpace (4.9m x 2.4m x 2.4m): Great for contents of a 2-3 bedroom home, large furniture pieces, or vehicle storage. Approximately 28.2 cubic meters of storage space.
All units are climate-controlled and secured with 24/7 monitoring.
How do I access my storage unit?
After completing your booking, you'll receive a unique access code that works 24/7. Simply enter your code at our secure entry point to access the facility. For your first visit, please bring your ID and booking confirmation.
Our facility is equipped with well-lit pathways, security cameras, and on-site staff during business hours to ensure a safe and convenient experience. If you ever have issues accessing your unit, our customer support is available 24/7 to assist you.
What items are prohibited in storage units?
Prohibited items include:
- Perishable goods (food, plants)
- Live animals
- Illegal items or substances
- Hazardous materials (chemicals, fertilizers, paint)
- Flammable liquids (gasoline, propane)
- Explosives or ammunition
- Weapons
- Any items that pose health or safety risks

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Mada. We also accept Apple Pay for your convenience. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.
For long-term contracts, we offer autopay options where your card is automatically charged on the monthly renewal date. You can manage your payment preferences in your account settings.
Is insurance included with my storage rental?
Basic insurance coverage is included with all our storage rentals. This covers your items against fire, theft, and water damage up to a value of 5,000 SAR. For valuable items, we recommend upgrading to our premium insurance options, which provide coverage up to 50,000 SAR.
You can add insurance coverage during the booking process or contact our customer service team to upgrade your existing plan.
Do you offer pickup services for my items?
Yes, we offer a convenient pickup service for all our customers. For medium and long-term plans, the pickup service is included at no additional cost (within Riyadh city limits). For short-term plans, there is a nominal fee based on location and volume of items.
Our professional team will collect your items from your location and transport them safely to your storage unit. You can schedule a pickup during the booking process or contact our customer service to arrange a pickup for existing rentals.
