Yes, you can cancel your booking. If you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled move-in date, you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the move-in date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the monthly rental fee.
For long-term rentals, we require a 30-day notice for cancellation. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the cancellation process.
